The property is approximately 5,000 square feet (500 m2) with 2800 square feet (262 m2) of living space on a quiet street with several newly constructed homes. The house is centered on the lot with two meticulously landscaped white rock Zen gardens in the front and back and all three apartments hinging on the 30 foot (10 m) long lap pool. Several majestic trees were conserved during construction and combined with new landscaping to accent and embrace the polished, mid-century brutalist inspired, corrugated patterned concrete facade. Ten large patio doors let in the clear Yucatan light and give picturesque views of the natural beauty of the gardens from almost every angle within each apartment.
Casa T consists of three complete apartments, each with their own bathrooms and kitchens. On the ground floor there is a one bedroom apartment that faces the front garden and pool and a studio with views of the backyard garden and lounge. A staircase beside the pool takes you to the second storey studio penthouse which features a private deck with and outdoor shower, and a main deck with an outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as a separate lounge. The pool area features a shaded lounge area and an outdoor shower. In the back yard there is a tiled dining table that seats six, and hammocks in the front yard.
